Scope of Work:

We undertook a comprehensive roofing project that involved the removal of the original torchdown roofing material. Our team carefully stripped away the existing layers to ensure a clean and safe working surface.

Once the old torchdown was removed, we inspected the underlying structure and replaced any damaged plywood, ensuring a solid and secure foundation for the new roofing system.

After preparing the surface, we applied a smooth black torchdown membrane, expertly installing it to create a durable, weather-resistant layer. This new application not only enhances the roof’s aesthetic appeal but also improves its longevity and performance against the elements.
