Southwest Portland FAY HOUSE
Portland Roofing Company, recently completed a roofing project on a home in Southwest Portland. The crew started by tearing off one layer of the old roof and then installed two new bath vents to improve ventilation. To protect against leaks, ice and water shield were applied in the back valley where the roof pitch changes.
The damaged overhang was repaird with a piece of 1/2″ CDX plywood. Finally, we finished the project with CertainTeed Landmark shingles in Moire Black, giving the home a fresh and modern look. This work not only enhanced the roof’s functionality but also boosted the home’s curb appeal.
