🏠 Another Roof Completed for a Returning Customer!

We just wrapped up a roof replacement for one of our returning customers. On this project, we tore off the old roofing from the shingled portion of the main house—leaving the flat roof and garage roof untouched.

To improve ventilation, we installed new 1/2″ OSB sheathing, added extra soffit vents, and set up dedicated bath and kitchen exhaust vents.

The new roof was finished with CertainTeed Landmark shingles in Moire Black, giving the home a clean, sharp look with added durability for years to come.
