CALNON- HOUSE WITH ATTACHED GARAGE

We recently completed a roofing job that involved replacing the shingles on a house and attached garage. Upon starting the project, we confirmed that three layers of roofing needed to be removed.

To ensure stability, we replaced 1/2″ CDX plywood on the front of the garage and sistered 11 rafters to address a structural dip. Additionally, we replaced 20 feet of 1×6 barge boards.

Finally, we installed stunning CertainTeed Landmark shingles in Granite Grey, enhancing both the durability and appearance of the home.
