This one was a challenge, but our crew got it done right! 💪 We tore off three layers of old roofing, installed brand-new plywood, and added 30 feet of Smart Vents for better air intake. 🌬️ To protect against the low slope, we installed Ice & Water Shield around the edges for extra durability. 🛡️

We also tackled some structural issues—cutting off the rafter ends to install larger 5K gutters, solving the problem of rotten rafter tails. ✅ On the back upper roof, we removed and disposed of 100 feet of 1×4 tongue & groove before finishing it off with CertainTeed Landmark Moire Black shingles for a sleek, long-lasting look! 🏡✨
